Very disappointing. Tonya was excellent dealing with doctors and Medicare, but Mark reneged on our delivery agreement and then disappeared, never to call me again or take my calls. I ended up getting a bed (much cheaper) via craigslist. That guy delivered the next day, set up, and was incredibly pleasant. Two months wasted. Do NOT recommend.
