Just bought our first second hand touring caravan here just after lockdown and they could not have done anything more to help us. They reserved a caravan for a few days until we could get to see it. They had Covid 19 Regs' sorted on site and left us to spend time looking at it plus others as we change our minds. The price was reasonable and it inflated. They provided a 3 month warranty with various options to extend it after for only a few hundred pounds. When we collected us the spent a good hour showing us how it worked and ensure everything was in order. We lost count of the extras they gave us if anything was working/faulty. We have even called back post dale to get advice. If you are a first timer, we can't advise you in the strongest terms to buy at a dealer not privately. For instance, do you know caravans have a tyre used by date no matter the height of tread on them? Can't recommend this family business highly enough.

Bought our first caravan from kingdom Caravans and the service has been first class. Customer care has been excellent. I had an issue with my caravan (toilet flusher stopped working) the day before my holiday. I called in the morning and my caravan was fixed by the afternoon with no hassle. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back when it’s time to get our next caravan.

With Caravans in scarce supply we made arrangements to go see what would become our first caravan which we thankfully secured but it was when we collected her that Alan and his wife pulled out all the stops. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given a thorough beginners guide, all the bits and pieces we needed were provided to us without asking. Service was second to none. Can't recommend highly enough.
