I ordered my product (a Sony turntable) from McMichaels as it was the only place I could source the particular item I wanted. Having never heard of the business before I was a bit unsure as to the outcome. HOW WRONG I WAS!!! The customer service was excellent from start to finish, any of my concerns were alleviated by email. I even had a follow up phone call to tell me my delivery date was being moved forward. Fantastic! Will not hesitate to use again.

I've used McMichaels for many years now and have always received excellent service. Phoned them today to ask about a new vacuum cleaner for my Mother. Phil Kerr was helpful and efficient as always. Paid for over the phone and delivered later the same day. Price as good as any internet supplier. Always happy to use a local Company as if we don't, they will no longer be there. Highly recommended Company.
Bought a TV from them 3 years ago and back to buy another. Great people to work with, take the time to answer questions and explain anything you need and installation was perfect. Fair prices so why would anyone go to a big box store when you can get personal and professional help here?
Excellent 4th generation family business. If you are looking for a new TV, HiFi, Camera or Home Appliance I'd high recommend McMichaels for service and price.
