The help and guidance given before and after purchase has been superb. They are willing to listen to any observations made. The supply and fitting of the hot tub was on the arranged day and was done quietly and efficiently. All the controls and treatment procedures were thoroughly explained. Very impressed so far and have no hesitation in recommending them.
We purchased our Beachcomber Leep 360 from them and had our installation 3 weeks ago, have to say they are a great company to deal with no pressure sales just good honest advise. Communication after our decision to buy from them was spot on and delivery was arranged. On the delivery day the two man team arrived and between them placed the tub where we asked and spend as long as we needed to make sure we were happy with the placement, then they set to work connecting the final electrics, fitting the cover lifter and then running through how to care and use the tub whist it was filling. Once filled the engineer tested the tub and again showed us all the functions making sure we were happy before leaving, he even gave me a hand to move our shed back in place. All packaging was taken away and we then waited for the water to heat so we could get in. I would highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a tub you have a conversation with them, its not all about buying a tub with music and lights and they will guide you through the process and even if you don't buy one you will leave with a good understanding of what to look for.
We purchased the Artic Family Superior Spa from you in June, just in time for this beautiful heat wave. I can honestly say, we have used it every day since and loved every minute of it. From the initial advice and consultation you gave us, you helped us choose a hot tub that was perfect for our needs. Your installation team were really friendly, efficient and helpful. They taught us how to look after the spa and the water, giving us some great advice. From that same evening we have had quiet times, relaxing times, party times and family times, with adults and children enjoying this little piece of luxury in our own garden. The art of conversation is back in our household, with mobile phones not allowed anywhere near the tub The hot tub is really easy to maintain and keep clean, with All Pools and Spas just a phone call away if we need anything. We were really impressed with the running costs too, after it costing only a few pounds to heat the water on the first day, its not much more than 1 to run every day. No need to watch the smart meter at all. So I just wanted to say thank you to your team, for providing a great spa, great service and cheers to many relaxing times ahead. Who needs to go abroad when we have this weather and our own hot tub in the garden.
