It seems that they made beef broth in the house. Their soup menus are generally very good. Especially, Galbi-tang or it's variation. I highly recommend this place! One of the best Korean restaurant in Boston area.

Great location, a hidden gem in the town of Allston. Comfortable restaurant, food was great and fresh. Authentic Korean cuisine. Staff was friendly and adhered to protocols. Definitely repeat and recommend for those obsessed with Korean cuisine.

A trip to Seoul Soulongtang feels like visiting the home of a close Korean friend, and enjoying a delicious home cooked meal. Each bite is filled with wonderful bursts of flavor, mingling freshly grilled meats, crisp veggies, and pillows of steamed white rice. The namesake dish, Soulongtang, is an authentic soothing broth. You also can't go wrong with the grilled pork and Korean pancake dishes!
