Very bad communucation after many phone calls and providing all personal info. , I didn't get my tickets booked for 2persons after I was told that they booked it for me. I found out they didn't after attempting to contact them and hardly later get hold on one of their agents ! I would never recommended it.

I have entrusted Alma travel with all of my travel destinations. Duraid (sorry for the misspelling) is very knowledgeable. He assists me with making more sound decisions on where I want to vacation depending on season, environment, and most cost effective that will work within my budget and still be enjoyed by family. Because of his knowledge , I have been able to manage my vacation time efficiently and avoid unnecessary hassles usually associated with vacation. I have recommended him to friends and family and they voiced the same opinion.

I dealt with a guy few years back and he was a good guy(his name is Doraid or something), but the woman that answered my call today is sure somebody I can't deal with and couln't stand talking to her for long!
