My girlfriend recently took our Audi into this dealership after some issues. The initial problem was a rattle at idle whilst applying no revs. They told us the real issue was the accelerator and that to even inspect this, it would cost 900 - 1200 Euro before they proceeded with any work. There would obviously be a further cost involved post evaluation.... After suspecting this was potentially incorrect, we got a second opinion and suspicions were confirmed that the issue was not the accelerator but the clutch. The 'second opinion' received completed the work for 750 Euro and the car has been returned to its former glory. This was all taking place whilst a sales rep was trying to flog my girlfriend another car.... Absolutely terrible! I would be extremely careful with this garage & would always seek out another expert to facilitate a secondary diagnosis.
