My Sennheiser HD 4.50BTNC has an issue that creates an audible noise. It's there, I sent my headset out for RMA two times, first time I received a new one with the same issue, the second time they refused to fix it. I've tried contacting Sennheiser and they offered me an upgrade to the HD 450BT, for 72,69 which is too much for me. After refusing that offer the Sennheiser customer support representative told me that I don't have warranty anymore because I denied that offer? My headset is barely 6 months old. I've tried resolving this case over email, but my emails aren't being anwsered anymore.

I ordered a pair of headphones, which arrived with a defect. The process of returning my order was a bit too bureaucratic for my liking (as of 2017 there is no easy acces online method), plus it took longer than promised. Then again, all went smooth as soon as I'd received the needed UPS-return ticket. Return of payment happened within days of sending my order back. PLEASE NOTE: Sennheiser runs its online webshop trough another company, DIGITAL RIVER (based in Ireland). Since payments for Sennheiser-orders are also made out to Digital River, Sennheiser could mention this more prominently on its website or during the ordering process (I first noticed it when I looked at my bank statement).
I'm the owner of 3 sennheiser PX100 headphones. 2 px100II and one px100. ALL THREE ARE BROKEN. NO WARRENTY, RUDE HELP. NO SENNHEISER FOR ME, EVER. googled it on the internet and a lot of people have the same problem channel falls out. but they could'nt care less, they just want to sell their junk. without service.
