This Landmark or any of the three other close by is the one where city of Almeria would tow your car to if you parked it wrong. In my case it was left close to the beach with yellow markings on the ground, which means only for disabled or short time loading/unloading. The sign was not visible the way you would expect it to be. In upper western Europe the sign has to be placed before the area where you park, unfortunately in Spain it seems placing it between three parking spots only visible from the other side of the street is the norm. The paper they left was only in Spanish, the number you call replied fast but you would have to speak Spanish to say. They don't speak any English. It was 80 for towing (kinda cheap) and 100 for the Fine, which was collected from the local police, which the Municipal (City employees) at the parking lot had to call when we arrived there after walking trough Town for an hour. Took another half an hour for them to arrive. I was really happy we had our phones charged, roaming active and some nice people on the way to find the parking lot. The 80 euros were payable by card, the 100 to the police was NOT you have to pay them in cash. Also habe an ID card /passport with you, guess that's self explaining. The spot where we parked was already occupied by the next tourist (from Switzerland) when we realized we got towed so I guess we this is a common tourist Ripoff that's why I wrote this long review and posting it to all the points around the car tow retrieval lot. The police was very polite and seemed to be sorry for the case. If you read this and your car was towed too in Almeria, please leave a review to make a noise!

Me parece desvergonzado que una empresa que da un servicio a lides de usuarios en La capital de Almería no tenga una recepción telefónica al usuario,o como mínimo muy poco sería.
