Located on the outskirts of Almoradi it's easy to park and get to. The staff was friendly and I was tended to very quickly.

Unfortunately have only given 3 stars because they charged me a lot of money for an item supposedly going to take three to four days to deliver from Spain to London. It has taken seven days. The item was also booked in as weighing 16 kgs when in fact we checked the weight as being 12 .5 so we were charged extra for an incorrect weight. Their tracking updates aren't frequent enough either.On the positive side the item appears to have been delivered with the packaging intact
Dreadful non service. An answerphone in Spanish which unfortunately I did not understand. They came when I was out and simply emailed me to contact MRW, not telling me who they were or a phone number - nothing. I had to do research to get this far, and realise I will have to go Almoradi office which I have just rung and no reply...

Zij hebben een contract met Postnl voor pakket levering, maar als je niet thuis bent om moment van levering krijg je geen kaartje in je postbus waar je het kan afhalen. Vreemd, je moet met de afzender samen uitzoeken hoe het zit bij Postnl en dan het internet op om te zoeken waar je moet zijn. Op kantoor vriendelijk behandeld en de paketten uiteindelijk meegekregen, dit na 3 weken zoekwerk
Decepcionado, después de ver con ellos la tarifa de precios y de hacer 2 envíos, resulta que me an cobrado aparte de los precios de tarifas, gastos de plus de combustible y un seguro para el paquete, así que si mando un paquete de un artículo que lo vendí por 8 y luego me cobran casi 5 del los pluses , que me queda a mi?
Muy buen servicio al cliente. Ayudan resolver dudas y me daban toda la informacion que necesitaba. Tanto en la oficina que por telefono. Recomendado si necesitas enviar cualquier cosa a cualquier sitio!
El personal que me atiende en Almoradí es excepcional, yo uso personalmente el envío de mascotas y dan un trato exquisito a mis animales y a los que recibo, ya que son intercambios. Siempre con una sonrisa en la boca. Muchísimas gracias por el gran trabajo que hacéis.
