We were on holiday in Seahouses last week, and on Wednesday 23rd September we had a bus trip to Alnwick. The return bus should have arrived at just after 3 pm, but hadn't turned up by about 3.45, so my sister rang Sovereign. We were told he would arrive within ten minutes, which he did. He was an excellent driver, and very pleasant indeed. We were delighted with the service. Well done!

The taxi was very nice and clean and the driver was very good and punctual to arrive however I was overcharged for my journey, as I found out when speaking to other locals that had used the service and then using their “quote” service when I got home which is disappointing as it is clear I was taken advantage of because I was new to the area and on my own. Thank you for your reply, it was definitely your taxi service as I called this number and your car had your company name on it.
