The people who came to move my stuff were unprofessional. They complained about having to move my stuff a distance. They left a bunch of stuff still in my apartment including a box they packed. The glass from my coffee table was left on the lawn. They left their material all over my apartment. When I looked at how the material was packed it looked like it was thrown into the storage unit. Worst experience I’ve had moving.
Have used Aloha for both moves since living in San Diego. The most recent time they packed us up too. I started to help then quickly realized I was just getting in the way and left it to the pros! If and when there's a next time, I'm coming back to Aloha. P.S. I've also enlisted their services for some light business/office moves which they were able to accommodate nicely, even with the building moving guidelines and time restrictions.
I've hired these guys twice now. First time moved my 3 bedroom condo into storage and then when my new place was ready moved my stuff into that residence. Everything was furniture wrapped and protected with blankets. I know stuff can break or get scuffed during a move, but everything went perfectly. Hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but when I do I'll be calling Aloha Movers.
Anthony, Andrew, and Brandon did a fantastic job with our move! They made what could have been a stressful day, a very easy one for us. We had a condo to condo move with a stop in between to our storage unit for a drop off and pick up of additional items. Condo complexes typically have strict HOA rules for move-in and move-out activity where they do not hesitate to charge you for every small damage. The Aloha crew moved large furniture in and out of tight spaces without a scratch! They were fast, courteous, and communicated very well during the transfer to each location. I would highly recommend Aloha Movers to anyone needing help with their relocation.
