A really lovely hotel, with a good selection of spa facilities - 3 saunas and a steam bath, indoor/outdoor pool with built in jacuzzis, and good, spacious rooms with a balcony and en suite. Very friendly waitresses/staff, with events on each day (all included) such as wine tasting. There's also a gym, and the bus stop to the ski lifts are directly outside the hotel. We definitely will be returning given the chance

I stayed here while l was on s presstrip with the tourism office. I loved everything about this hotel & l completely understand why guests stay here over & over again. The service was great & l appreciated the little touches,like the personal message when you & the personal messages in the room. I had a huge room with a four poster bed that over looked the mountains. Strong wifi too.
Lovely hotel in best location in Alpbach, well run, immaculately trained staff, huge but cozy bar, kids club and timeless rooms. Kids and parents had a great time.
Lovely hotel. All of the staff were friendly and made you feel welcome. The entire hotel was sparklingly clean. The food was amazing and there was loads of choice at breakfast and tea. Lunch was offered as well. The facilities available were also fantastic and were open from early in the morning to late at night (eg, gym, swimming pool) giving you time to work out before breakfast or after tea. We had a couple if wash out days but the facilities in the hotel meant that we were not bored. There were plenty of rooms that you could sit in and read (and an extensive library), as well as a games room. The room we stayed in was spacious with a balcony. There were deckchairs, and a table and two chairs on that so plenty of room to relax. Inside the room was ample storage space, a safe and a separate bath and shower. There were plenty of walks that started from the hotel itself and it is ideally located next to the bus stop as well. From the hotel itself you can hire mountain bikes or ebikes. A fantastic stay!

Would go back tomorrow. Fabulous base for exploring Alpbachtal and nearby area. Excellent food, lovely people, comfy beds!
