Very good service, I have been with Alpha for over 3 years. They provide good care for the children and are able to communicate with the parent. I would recommend it to any parent.

Alpha family day care got to be one of the best Fdc schemes out there, as a Fdc educator for five years These guys are no comparison to other mainstream schemes. They are very professional, supportive and go beyond to help and encourage educators to provide the best care for children.
Service is unprofessional and unrealiable. after I remove my children of the this family day care not because of educator but because of the service this provider provide. One month later they register my children without consent .claiming my children been attending care.thank goodness I got a letter from my gov.to confirm if this accurate (which is not).. They do not pay their educators on time and under paying educators most of the time. Communication with parent and the agency is mission impossible as they only care about. The agency service is a joke. I am still following with why my children was re registers without my consent and the educator does not longer work for this provider.it does not make sense at all.
