This is the only martial art that I have practiced where I have thought I could use this in real life and that was after the first session. The training regime uses practical real-life scenarios and natural body reactions to protect you from everyday realistic threats. The instructors are friendly and welcoming and the other students all join in and help each other to progress. It will get you fit without you realising it and it is suitable for all regardless of age or gender. I can only say this \try it sooner rather than later\.

This is a friendly, but deadly serious self defense club. Ed the instructor and the other club members are both supportive and encouraging. If you want to get fitter and at the same time are keen to learn Krav Mega, then come along to one of the classes
