I have used Alpha for annual maintenance for a while now. But we awoke to no heating the other morning. Chris said he would try to get with us late the next afternoon and was as good as his word. One new solenoid later the problem was fixed. Have always found him to be diligent, efficient and reliable. Would happily recommend.
