My experience of Alpha Recruitment has been very productive. Whenever I enquire about a job position, my recruitment consultant Lauren is able to provide me with a detailed description about the job advertised. Lauren, has at times also gone out of her way to research travelling times from my address to the site itself which has been beneficial and checks on me from time to time to see how I'm adapting. On a whole, Alpha Recruitment is by far the best agency I've worked for and have / will certainly recommend this agency to others and the consultant of Lauren.

Alpha Recruitment have been very conscientious & professional in providing me with scaffolding industry specific labour. Josh & Charlotte are particularly helpful and always available when i need them. Stella & Ashly make the commercial process as efficient and friendly as possible. The whole Alpha Recruitment team are a pleasure to do business with and have never let me down yet! Obviously i am a client but my understanding from the workforce is that Alpha are paying competitive rates and operate with an open door policy and are clear and concise with communicating details. From the the first phone call made by myself to Lauren looking for work she responded with an immediate placement and clear details forwarded to myself. I've been working for Alpha (Lauren) for nearly 3 months and I've always been placed on decent safe sites with a good set of lads. Lauren speaks to me every couple of days to make sure everything OK or if there's anything she can chase up for me her end. I've never had a problem getting paid, it's always on time every Friday (Early hours). This has been my first self employed job and I've found it effortless with the help of Lauren and her team at Alpha recruitment.
