Absolutely awful experience with Alpine. In March, they cancelled our ski holiday the night before we were due to leave and have illegally held on to our money with no sign of a refund in sight more than 6 months later. They are now advertising hassle free cancellations if you book for next year, however I would strongly advise against this as their claims of protecting your money are completely false. They have shunned any sense of responsibility and ethics.

In 14 years of ski trips, this was my first time with Alpine Elements. The 4* chalet in Tignes was at best a 1*. Place was dirty, unloved and falling apart. The chalet was in desperate need of repair and the listing was a complete fantasy. We were completely mislead and we spent 7k for a small group for 7 days. I wouldn’t go anywhere near this company. You have now been warned.

My holiday was cancelled in March, they still won't refund is. They keep offering credit vouchers and extend the date of the date we can get a refund. It's now 31st January 2021! 10 months later. We schedule calls back and they don't call. They don't provide a number that I can call them, only emails.

No refund, Unprincipled business No refund, no reason - if I could give no stars I would. I have sympathy with their position and indeed the wider travel industry on how heavily they have been hit with this crisis, we want a refund to fund another holiday next year, their refusal to offer refunds is stopping my family booking a holiday and other holiday for next year. Promised a refund end Jan ‘21 which will be 9 months after our cancelled holiday. We are fortunate to go on 2 ski holidays a year and often with over 10 people - our refund we’re waiting on is over 12k no not insignificant! I will never travel with these people again and will actively dissuade anyone booking with them going forward our Crystal ski trip was repaid in full end may. Have issued a letter threatening legal action and will be taking them to court over this if I don’t hear back in 1 week from tomorrow. They will pay costs, I’ll CCJ them and issue them with a winding up order. Shocking behaviour

If I could give no stars then I would. Shocking company holding onto our money after cancelling our holiday less than 9 hours before our flight was due to leave in March due to the Covid closure of ski resorts in France. No signs of a refund but they continue to advertise and offer holidays to new customers. Awful communication and customer service. We are taking them to the small claims court now as 10 months to refund a customer is a complete joke. They have already broken numerous laws by not refunding us. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CLOWNS. Go with a reputable company like Crystal.
