Been Using ALS for Several Years for water analysis. Always fast at sending out sample bottles and other media and quote we need. Results are clear and on time. Only downside is the labs are in England and the most western drop off point in Wales is Bridgend. Would be a lot better if there is a drop off point in either Swansea or Llanelli seeing there is one in Cardiff and Bridgend is very close by.

Tried to book a soil sample short notice on a residential property, the field sampling project manager didn't respond to my many phone calls or emails. Asked to speak to someone else, nobody else available. Used a competitor, soil sampling done next day with a 48 hr lab and risk assessment: cheaper price and broader scope of work, generally nicer people. Avoid these guys if you need help short notice, they will let you down.
