I enjoy Lorien tremendously! She’s a great teacher, willing to show you the steps and moves as many times as you need. She’s patient, she’s kind and extremely welcoming! I’ve been there twice and just signed up for my month ! Thank you Lorien for being confident and spreading your confidence to the class!

Amazing studio, amazing instructors, kid friendly, one on one instruction, and the list goes on. I tried Alf Fit Jax on a whim and from the first day on I have had to go every single day. No boring gyms for this girl anymore!!! Jaime and Lorien are just the BEST!

Was down in Jacksonville just visiting & decided to take a beginners pole class with my friends. This place was awesome. Super accommodating (didn’t have to schedule/pay in advance). Instructor was nice and patient (didn’t mind showing us the moves multiple times... and I mean multiple. Lol.) She was super funny & entertaining. Made for a really comfortable environment.

So I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up for a late night private class with Jamie Clark for my bachelorette party! A few of my friends and even my mother attended the class and it was AMAZING! Jamie was so fun and such a great teacher! No offense to my friends, but none of are us are in the greatest shape so the class was not only a workout from the pole, but also hilarious and our abs burned from laughter! Jamie made all of us girls feel welcome and comfortable! I can not wait to be in her class again! Myself and one of my friends already booked our next class! Jamie definitely is one of the main reasons for us to go back! She's just wonderful!!! Beginners be prepared for the struggle bus the next day, accompanied by a few bruises. TOTALLY WORTH IT! I will be getting a pole for my new house and I can't wait!
