Altadena Town & Country Club is a great place to get married. As the owner of Splashes of Time Photography (splashesoftime.com) I really enjoyed photographing weddings here. The venue is beautiful with a lot of great photo locations. :)

An oasis!! We’ve been members for years. The Melange salad is wonderful, full of fresh spinach and many other wonderful ingredients. Staff is friendly and polite. Craig Sloan, the manager, is the best!! Also they filmed “Mad Men” there, the pool scene and the beautiful entryway to the club (where Don Draper meets the lady in the convertible and they drive off to Palm Springs together).

We did not have a very long search until we found our wedding venue. ATCC was the 3rd location we looked at and it was like love at first sight. We immediately knew it was the venue for us. We wanted a garden wedding with exceptional staff and fairly priced, and ATCC beyond delivered. We were lucky enough to have worked with Sandy the director of events. We feel we got to know her very well over the months that we worked together given that our original wedding date was postponed due to the pandemic. Along the way she was incredibly understanding, insightful and helpful! At the end of our wedding journey we really felt like Sandy was like family. She is such an incredible person and if you get to work with her you will see what we mean! She has a very nurturing and calm about her that just makes you feel like everything will be okay! ATCC's preferred vendor list is TOP-NOTCH...5 of our vendors were from that list which made wedding planning much easier and we were VERY happy with each of these vendors. Photographers: Kella Photography, Florist: Phyllis Hillier, Wedding planner: Sean Baik, Officiant: Pastor Alexander Norman, DJ: Tommy O'Sullivan. ATCC is a gorgeous venue and the grounds have really cute areas tucked away for your first look or post-ceremony photos. Our wedding guests raved about the food and the service provided by the wait staff. The waitstaff were truly EXCEPTIONAL!!! They were always there to help with beverages, they made sure the kids were doing well and checking in a few times. Professionalism and hospitality at its finest! They really helped take our wedding to the next level. Since we had to have a socially distanced wedding due to the pandemic, we were unable to have a cocktail hour, dance party or have our reception indoors. Our ceremony took place on the south lawn and reception dinner was on the veranda. Everything was picturesque and more perfect than we could have ever imagined. A special thanks to Sandy, Teana and Bree

Just attended a wedding here (maybe their first since COVID). The location, setting and food was fantastic! However, the service was some of the worst I’ve seen! Tables remained un-bused and drinks unfilled. With the worst of all being the servers and manager standing on the top deck looking down at the party, while they chit chatted. Kind of weird and very unlike fine dinning. Especially since the wedding party paid big money to be there. They and all the clubs guests deserve the best! I’m assuming this is a one time thing because I have been to multiple fantastic weddings at the club. If you are planning a wedding, bring this to the planners attention.

The Altadena Town & Country Club is bleautiful. The lush green, golf course is ringed with mature evergreens. Echo Mountain, a promontory of the San Gabriel Mountains, is the backdrop. The course is magnificently maintained. The Olympic size pool is sparkling. I could see all this from the window of the meeting hall. I am not a member, but was attending a conference. The two-story club house is built into the side of a mesa. Therefore, the second floor, the main entrance, is directly accessible from the parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility is by a short ramp. Valet parking is available. There are two multi-purpose rooms on the second floor. Room one has incredible views of the course and pool. Light control is not possible. The audio system was clean and effective. Video was supplied by two portable, video projectors. The two screens were difficult to read. The club staff placed a thick, supportive, molded cushion to each chair. When you sit for hours comfort is important. Room two is a duplicate of room one, across the reception area. It has a commercial kitchen attached. Three meals were served buffet style. Breakfast included oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee and tea. Lunch was a build your own taco bar. Both vegan and conventional proteins were offered. Our afternoon snack included cookies and a hot beverage. The quality of the food and presentation was top notch. Parking is free. Everything is wheelchair accessible. There are well equipped bathrooms for men and women. If necessary there is an elevator in the building.
