Nice trailhead that will lead you to Muellers tunnel and Mt Lowe Peak

Wonderful trailhead leads to 4 different peaks: San Gabriel, Mount Lowe, Mount Disappointment, and Mount Markham. The trails are pretty well maintained except for Markham which was a little more difficult. About 7.5 miles round trip to each peak.

Nice trail to the top of mt lowe, one hour. Took my 10 year old girl.....wouldnt say it's difficult. More moderate on the easier side.

What a beautiful view and even more fun on the way down if you're riding a bike be sure to bring a bell has lots of hikers on the trail

Great place to hike or Mnt bike... If you ride Mnt Bikes there's a shuttle that picks you up by JPL and takes you to Eaton Saddle aka FrontSide or to to Mnt Wilson Observatory aka the DARKSIDE...
