THIS IS CONCERNING A FLOOR INSTALLED BY JOE LARRY IN MY HOME IN 2013: FACT: We had a contract with Joe Larry to install premium oak flooring. Instead, he installed No. 2 common. FACT: Joe Larry did not let the oak flooring acclimate in the house for several days as he said would be necessary. He installed it right away, and within a few weeks the strips of oak had expanded and cupping occurred. FACT: Joe Larry did not respond to my telephone calls concerning his failure to meets the terms of the contract.
