Great trail and pretty easy for most people. Very heavy use on the weekends though. Parking can be very difficult after 9am and Adventure Pass for parking is sometimes enforced.

Quiet area during the week but can get crowded on weekends. Hike to Millard Falls is easy. Be sure to have an Adventure Pass for parking - the forest service does ticket here occasionally.

Been coming here for years. Campground is first come first serve. And FREE. You do have to walk to the site your car isn't allowed into the camp area but it's only a 5-7 min walk. The trails are lovely..great views and not too far outside of LA. Very busy on the weekends so have masks ready! Parking is also free. Weekdays are much better and less crowded. There are six sites here and each side has a table and benches and a fire pit. Not the quietest at night... You are next to the woods ....

Nice relatively short hike. Quite a lot of people on the way up to the falls, at the falls and coming down. Lots of shade and a little river to follow. Great for kids of all ages.
