I went to the California Academy of Sciences during one of their Free Wednesdays. It's definitely a different crowd when compared to Nightlife and a lot more chaotic when it's a mix of locals, tourists, kids and their parents, all coming in to take advantage of the complimentary admission. But amidst all the chaos, the whole museum is still manageable and you can still be able to cover a good amount museum within the operating hours. Do exhibit some patience though when trying to get into the Bio-Dome, Planetarium, and other popular exhibits because the lines for them will be very long on any regular day.

Need something quick fun and totally weird to do? This is the place
Yesterday I had a wonderful time at AOC, it was completely full with a lot of families and kids! So nice time to finish our year! The people there it's always happy and kind! Thanks
adorable place that i took my daughter to, she loves bunnies
Good displays. Tons of bunnies. Live giant bunnies that love to be petted.
A fabulous museum and well worth the visit. Highly recommended and likely to be one Off the more esoteric museums you will visit. Loved it.
Didn't get to stop by. Said it was open on website. Closes when we got there. Was only able to take a pic
This was not what we thought it would be. It was very overwhelming at how much "bunny" items this couple has. Too much to take it all in. They charge 6.00 to go through their house and look at their collection. We expected to see more live bunnies, and visit with them but we only saw 3. If you are wanting to see something out of the ordinary sites of LA visit this place. The couple were very nice.
