I am leaving this review for other people to ease their minds. All the research I've done indicates this is a scam. Settle nothing with these people, take it to court. They are threatening to serve me tomorrow. I suspect they won't. Obviously if this turns out not to be a scam, then I will change this review. Normally when you call a company like this, they have an automated system to direct your call, they don't answer directly with their own name and not the company. The address they gave me was fake, or at least the suite number was. I followed up with the police and I suggest you do too. Update: I've looked into this company extensively and even found out who owns the building they say they are in. I contacted the owner and he states that not only do they not lease from him, but the floor they said they are on doesn't exist. I also reccomend you look into the statute of limitations on debts owed. In most states it's around 6 years before it goes on your credit. Don't give em money, tell em you'll see them in court and watch them squirm. Trust me, they will.

This company is a scam! They are attempting to collect on a debt that was satisfied over 8 years ago from a company that no longer exists. When I asked for information about the company I was given the runaround. It was through my own investigation that I found this information. The rep (Josh Steinman) said that they are a mediation company and aren’t debt collectors but offered to settle my “debt” for a little over half of what they state is owed. This “debt” is supposedly owed to a bank that was bought out by another bank 8 years ago. If you get a call from these “mediators” you can disregard what they are asking.

DO NOT let this criminal organization push you around. They hide behind a VoIP framework, and it's not very sophisticated. The idiot that designed their scam is an idiot to the extreme. I was told a process server was coming after me between 3 and 5 p.m. today on a debt that is nearly 14 years old!!! Well past statutes. I was told: (a) they don't have a website and (b) I was going to court. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. THIS IS A SCAM. I VERIFIED WITH THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS' OFFICE. REPOST THEIR INFORMATION AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS THAT THEY CONTACTED YOU WITH ON EVER SCAM REPORTING SITE YOU CAN FIND.
