I've been a client of Stacey Roberts for the past seven years. Stacey is a knowledgeable and engaged Pilates instructor who demonstrates a keen interest in her clients' well-being. She is positive and encouraging, and skilled in adapting the training she offers to the individual needs and abilities of her clients. I'm very happy to recommend her.

Stacey is the best. I can't put into words how much she has done for me. She knows my body as well as I do and she creates a targeted approach to each of our workouts that make me stronger and more confident. She is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever had. What she knows about the body and how it moves is incredible. She is kind, warm and a wonderful person. I am so lucky to have her in my life!

I strongly recommend Altitude Collaborative. My chiropractor, Chris, is the nicest person in Calgary. I have suffered 20 years of back pain and muscle strain for which I have seen a lot of physicians and tried tremendous methods but received limited improvement. However, when I moved to Calgary, I found this clinic and Dr. Chris has used his rich experience and skillful tech to help me relieve a lot. He also referred me to Dr. Danny, he is one of the best physiotherapist, with whom they work out the best solution for me. After 2 year’s treatment, my lesion has been relieved quite a lot and they give me hope that I can one day get totally rid of it. Dr. Chris is very patient, and would love to spend time to listen and understand my not very good English expression. And the receptionists of the clinic are one of the best in Canada, always shows smiles and carefully doing COVID-19 screening. Their service always saves me a lot of time and gives me a bright mood every time I went there. The whole team has showed their professionalism and kindness to me and they would definitely be your top choice in Calgary.

Altitude Collaborative Health clinic is clean even while there has been construction work underway for some time. I feel safe, my temperature is taken, Covid-19 questions are asked and everyone wears a mask. I've never had to wait with other people in the wait area for more than a few minutes and we were socially distanced. All surfaces are clean in between patients, so I feel safe. I am happy to refer anyone here for treatment.

I feel so privileged to have Dr. Rich as my chiropractor. He is the Dr of many professional athletes...and me! His skill at diagnosing and treating patients is next level, far beyond the norm. The clinic is easy to access, as you can park for free under Sunterra (just choose the 1 hr free parking option) and then walk a few steps across the parking lot to his building. His office is in a clean and lovely residential condo building; I hardly see anyone as I come and go, so it’s a safe and sanitary experience! I trust Dr. Rich and seek his advice on a number of things. Highly recommend!

Congratulations to Altitude Collaborative Health for having Stacy Roberts as part of your staff! Her holistic approach to support clients through Pilates goes beyond doing a job, Stacy truly connects with clients needs and spontaneously creates the best routine to make us feel balanced, relaxed, stronger and functional! Also, along with Stacy’s holistic mindset there are other skills she has like being a Yoga teacher, and skillful doing Cupping, and being so empathetic, all those together give her a unique profile to be a trusted health care professional.

I have been participating in classes and private pilates lessons with Stacey for several years now. She is a thoughtful instructor who pays close attention to correct technique always keeping safety of her clients in mind. Stacey is careful to check in with students before each class in order to ensure the planned activities will meet student needs for that day. In addition to the classes meeting individual needs they are also fun! What better way to take care of one’s physical needs?

Altitude Collaborative Health with an amazing team including a wonderful welcoming and efficient receptions made my difficult journey much tolerable. With the light of COVID 19, things are a bit unsafe to go anywhere and seek treatment, but I felt safe to go to the clinic and get hands on treatments because of the precautions they take. They are very clean and make sure to keep everyone safe. Kudos to Altitude Collaborative heath on the amazing work you do!!
