Outstanding care and professionalism! We do not usually take our pets here. But we had an emergency need and Altitude said they would take our pet right away. And it was just as they should have been closing for the day. The staff was still there well after hours, dealing with our dog in surgery. I was completely emotional, had a million questions-- and never felt a bit rushed by the staff. We aren't even a regular client and they treated us like family! Altitude Veterinary Clinic and their people are top notch, & selfless class act.

My pet rat had a tumor growing fast under her front left arm. She is one year old and it grew fast in 4 months. She did well and had the smallest cone on her! The vet that took care of her knows a lot about rats. Now the girl has escaped from her cage as she has nothing in her way. Everything with my pets are back to normal!

Dr.Grey and her staff are amazing. Every time I bring my boxers in, the staff loves on them and is excited to see them again. Whether it has been just a check up or emergency, they are always there to make sure my dogs are taken care of well and always treat us like family. They are loving and professional!

My experience with Altitude has always been a good one. Currently, they are taking excellent care of my dog with heart issues. They may be a little more pricey than other vets in the area but my animals love going there, have great care, and it's nearby for emergencies which offsets price for me most of the time.

I have never had a problem with this company. They are AHHA certified so you know that the price you pay is well worth it. They are quick to call back on the weekends, have fantastic doctors who actually care, and are usually okay with walk-ins or call-a-few-hours-ahead type calls. Though my babies are always scared to go in, they are always happy and healthy when I take them home. My mom said they she has had only one issue and that was when we went in to have our cat checked out and needed to put him to sleep. The tech that helped us made us do the paperwork first, leaving our boy to suffer even longer. He died before the needle even went in. If a pet needs to be euthanized and they are suffering, can't paperwork wait a few more minutes?

Altitude took my significantly injured dog in immediately, examined, x-rays and diagnosis the same day I called. My regular vet couldn't see her that day and they would have to work her in throughout the next day. That was unacceptable so to Altitude we went. The staff was very kind and professional in their exam and evaluation. My pet requires surgery. I am transferring the care of my pets to this facility. They take the care of animals seriously. Highly recommend them.

My dog is very nervous at vet clinics and he isn't good with other dogs. These guys came through with making him comfortable and understanding him. Their groomers did a fantastic job as well. They knew how to handle him and make him happy. I would recommend them to anyone with any animal.
