I will have to say this office has one of the most professional group of individuals I have seen in Dentist Offices / Doctor Offices in a long time. From the front desk to being placed in your room and making sure you are comfortable. I will continue to recommend this office. They go over and beyond and always explain things before starting procedures (and how much it would cost with or w/out insurance) so you are never surprised. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!

I just came from seeing Dr. Eric with the biggest smile ever. He did an amazing job on my upper plate, I don't even know it is in. Dr. Eric took lots of time to make sure it was perfect and the price was much less than I expected. A big THANK YOU to all the exceptional staff and Dr.'s at Altoona Smiles!
I just had a root canal this morning. I’ve never had one before. My cavity repairs at other dentists were 10x worse than a root canal at Altoona Smiles. They listened carefully to my concerns about numbing and made absolutely sure I was okay and comfortable through every step. Dr Nicole has restored my faith in dentistry! I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time. The receptionist was great at putting me at ease when scheduling my visit. The technician and dentist were both incredible at giving me the information I needed. I was worried that such a large office would feel like a factory. It was not like that in the least. Thanks for being my new family. I appreciate each one of you!
The dentists are incredibly nice, gentle, and knowledgeable. Going to the dentist can be stressful especially for kids but they are exceptional with my 6 year old and 2 year old. My 6 year old remembers that she gets a little prize at the end of the appointment and looks forward to going. They just moved to a very fancy new building.
Everybody during the whole process was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone. Every staff member from beginning to end went above and beyond to make sure you were taken care of and comfortable. Extremely nice staff and facility.
