The customer service is awful. I was looking at different teams stuff and the person was continually asking me if I needed help and I said that I didn't. I left and came back because I wanted to get something for a friend and immediately got a "ugh you again". I was looking at stuff and she had must've thought I had taken my mask off because she told me I could wear it or leave. I go to checkout and I guess two tags were on the shirt or something and begins cussing up a storm (from what I've seen here that's fairly typical). Dont go here if you dont want to have an experience where you feel like you're walking on eggshells

The customer service is sickening My small child dropped her mask and when they entered the store they were greeted by saying " they needed a mask" ( which is understandable ) but when they turned around to leave they apparently were not going fast enough and was told to hurry up and get out... exchange of words definitely happened... these " employees/owner" are horrible Adding to response: it's been weeks, you're generic response of blaming everyone is insulting.. just admitt you're rude to the majority of people trying to support your business

The store itself has great selections and my family like going I there to check out the merchandise. The customer service on the other hand is a joke. When my family and I went to the store we were checking out the nfl clothing to see what they had to offer and the lady working followed me and my small son through the aisles and anything they I touch the look at she would follow right behind to fix it. It made me extremely uncomfortable so we moved to a different aisle. The worker then started to follow my boyfriend and was doing the same thing. As my family continued shopping another gentleman came in with his two kids and the work said “oh dear Jesus” right in front of my boyfriend and I. I have been a manager in customer service for 11 years and you should NEVER NEVER be unappreciative of any customer you have come into your store especially when they only have four sales for the day.

I went in to look for some clothes for Christmas shopping and I didn’t get to leave with anything because I got rudely kicked out by a bald guy that was working tonight. He was following me and my family around the store eyeballing us. He never asked if we needed help looking for anything. I went to go look at a mask on a manikin inside the store and I like the mask and considered buying it and when I went to go feel the texture the man rudely yelled at me telling me not to touch the mask and started talking rudely about us out loud. I went to go confront this worker saying that he could have asked nicer and been nicer to me and my family and told us that we needed to leave the store and kicked us out. Worst service I have experienced in my life.

Good experience the owner and her husband were friendly and they had what I was looking for. The only reason for 4 stars is because on the tags of the clothes it states " no refunds, no exchange, no exceptions" and in my opinion that loses a point in customer service, I feel if someone has a problem with a product they shouldn't feel at a loss because they cannot correct their mistake I know how customers can be but without them any business wouldn't be open and as a bigger person some materials don't fit in the right size and not sure if store had a changing room. Would recommend but do so cautiously.

I was in the store shopping when there was a very older gentleman that was working. We browsed the store near the doorway they had Kobe Bryant & Gigi Bryant shirts that we were about to purchase, at the very same momeny we happened to see the maniquin had a mask on we looked to see what team was on the mask because we were curious if they had sports apparel masks as well and what kind of texture they were made of as well. The gentleman then came and disrespectfully kicked us out for touching the mask instead of asking us for help. This store just missed out on some sales and this gentleman was the worst service ive ever experienced. I myself am a general manager at a store and if any of my employees treated guests that way they would definately be reprimanded. This was our first time here and will defiantely be our last! If ownership would like to reach out it would be greatly appreciated! Update.. A couple weeks later and still havent been contacted

Great place to shop for my husband and son. They even had Vegas golden knights and lots of team mask and was able to get Kobe Bryant shirts

If i could give a negative star i would. The only employee on duty was sitting on a chair on her phone rudely asked if there was anything she could help with i said yes. She then rudely says what Never puts shown her phone nor does she get out of her chair. I walked out she was still sitting and as i walk out says i thought i could help you with something. Impossible to help if you can't when stand. Never will this store get a penny from me!
