Excellent staff! Very accommodating. From my experience, Dr. Jones succeeds in areas where others simply play "pass the buck". An excellent choice for anyone seeking help or simply to improve mental health and build a meaningful, fulfilling life.

They did not check my family member's insurance prior to the appointment and also, after finding out her insurance did not cover the testing that was ordered by the neurologist (hence why we made this appointment -- this psychiatrist Dr. Jones insisted on meeting with my family member even though his opinion on their health is irrelevant - the test was ordered by a neurologist so all he had to do was give them the test and write up his notes) they immediately cancelled the scheduled test and called me to tell me they were sending us away. When I asked them what it would cost to pay out of pocket they would not give me a straight answer.... when the neurologist's nurse called to ask about the cost of the test on my behalf they also would give her a straight answer. I told them I would foot the bill if was affordable because we have been trying to schedule this ordered test since early June and we are running out time and options to get this taken care of before our followup with the neurologist. When our neurologist's nurse expressed my frustration over their office wasting everyone's time (my time, my family's time, their own time, etc.) with his staff because I am scheduling these appointments as my family's power of attorney from Virginia while at work during business hours the staff member said she had observed my family member at their office and believes they are capable of scheduling their own appointments. .... My family member cannot remember how to spell their own name and can't remember their phone number. These are symptoms I shared with this office via email. These are bad people. DO NOT bring your family here.
Dr. Ben Jones is such a great guy to work with
All good until you need your medical records and he tells you they throw them away there’s nothing he can do to verify your diagnosis.
