When calling for an appointment, Shelby in the office was extremely rude! She told me that the doctors in this office don't accept patients that have had surgery elsewhere and I would have to drive over 150 miles round trip to my previous doctor for follow-up. I explained that my cataract extraction was in 2016 and I no longer lived in the other county. Having worked in healthcare over 43 years, I know how to speak to the community and feel Shelby could benefit from customer service classes!

We had to switch to Mountain view eyes associates.... The staff here is INCREDIBLY rude. The front desk people have some of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered in healthcare or customer service. I can't understand why management would put up with employees treating patients like this. We won't be back. ever.

I surely hope the Dr is worth it. His front desk staff is very rude. I had to call to reschedule my son's appointment (well in advance) and the woman who answered the phone was awful. She practically screamed hello, what can I do for you in the phone. I explain we needed to reschedule and she seemed annoyed. She then proceeded to put me on hold for 5 minutes and then came back and had an attitude telling me it'll be another month until he can get in. Well I'm sorry I ruined your day by making you do your job!! This momma works a job most people wouldn't want and I deal with people daily. You're going to lose patients if someone doesn't lose her attitude
