I will give this office a rating of three stars. I received services in December, which was prompt, professional and haven't had an issue with my cervical spine since - for that I'd give it five. However... It has been increasingly frustrating that no one answers the phone and does not return voicemails. The answering service claims you will receive a call back within the next business day. I only ever call during business hours, but I have attempted to get into contact periodically with ANYONE since about mid January to no avail. It is now March 1st. Because of this, I will now have to drive to their office and try to speak with someone directly. Not the most professional communication, hence the negative two stars.
