Excellent driving range that you book in advance. The electric tee saves all the bending over. And the Top Tracer is an amazing bit of technology which, as well as providing info, also adds to the fun.

Only a mile away from me , but I had never heard of the George V Pool at the South West end of Altrincham Golf Course. A great walk during the 'lockdown' and a fair bit of wildlife to see

A well maintained course but all GPS devices can’t understand the holes, as if it’s recently been changed and not updated for all services.

Lovely open space with paths and trees. Connects Timperley Altrincham and Hale by foot without walking next to traffic. Made a fabulous park during lockdown. I don't play golf so am disappointed it has reopened and is no longer widely used by local families for a stroll and fresh air.

Good forgiving course, usually quite busy so need to book. Greens could be better although I'm no pro so I shouldn't really expect anything more!
