DO NOY BUY A CAR FROM HERE !! I bought a car 16/06 took it back 19/06, when I told Phil Finance Manager i wanted to 'pull out of sale' on the monday, he told me I couldn't because I'd signed the paperwork, which was nonsense. After speaking to Citizens Advice and their own finance people, I did pull out of sale, however, had to wait till yesterday 10/09, for my deposit back, this was after going backwards and forwards to the garage approximately 8 times, something to do with v5, tax, etc. Jack, the sales man is a very helpful, polite young man unfortunatley that's the only good thing about the place, Phil is the most unhelpful, condescending man I have ever had the misfortune to meet :(

My husband recently purchased a Used Fiesta for me from Ford Altrincham. I part exchanged my old car with no hassle. Jack dealt with my husband and I, he was so helpful let us go off on our test drive alone never once did we feel pressured to buy, we drove home in my new little car that day. Jack was friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout, I would definitely use This branch again, thanks Jack

We saw a car on Autotrader that we liked and phoned up to find out more. We spoke to Chris Atkinson who was very helpful and worked hard to get us a good deal. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Chris went above and beyond his role, and personally delivered the car to our doorstep. We are delighted with the car, and will definitely speak to Chris next time we look to change our car in the future. Thank you!
