I have had the same hairdresser for years and felt really nervous going to a new salon but the lady did an excellent job. Quite slow, I was in there for 3.5 hrs but pleased with my highlights cut and blow. Only thing that I didn't like was that every time the phone rang it was her that was called away to deal with it. This happened about 8 times which is probably why it took so long!
