Not Just A Mum

We thought that purchasing an expensive kitchen from Homebase would mean that we got better customer service. Unfortunately this has not been the case. The whole process has been made difficult for us and mistakes and lack of communication from Homebase has caused us to incur additional costs. Our whole kitchen was supposed to arrive on 18 Jan. Yet on 24 of Jan we had only received some of it. We have had to call up Homebase several times to try and find out where out missing items were. Items direct from Homebase that we ordered, didn't arrive until we phoned and asked where they were. When we phoned , we were on hold for a long time before we spoke to anyone. We shouldnt have had to phone to ask where things were. They should have simply arrived. It cost us alot of money and extra money. As we had instructed labourers to come to our house to fit the sink and electrician to fit the oven, but these appliances were not arrived. So we list out on the labourers and some we had to pay twice.

Huge variety of products you might need in your household, DIY projects. Myself I've come to get pots for my plants and was charmed by all the variety in sizes and styles as well as reasonably cheap prices! Will definitely be coming back.

Not very busy when I went in, looking for wallpaper but they did not have what I wanted. They have a vast amount of wallpaper but just not what I wanted on this occasion. Bought one or two other things to help with decorating so not a wasted journey.

Walking is difficult for me. The cashier noticed this and got two of his colleagues Zaheen (i think sorry if this names wrong)and claire came pushed the trolley and even loaded the car for me. Couldnt have done it without them. Thanks so much

The staff is nice with the customers here. Unfortunately their stock control is not the best. I have ordered couple of items online to click and collect. They have found 2 out of 3 and they couldn't find the third item. They also failed to call me about that and I had chase my order after couple of hours. I hope this mistake is just the odd one out.
