Not the best, falling apart in places, radiator in room stuck on full whack as thermostat broken off so the room was like a oven even with the window open, the room also stunk of damp so we went out to buy airfreshners. As you can see by the pictures, the 1st thing to greet us was 3 lovely buckets collecting water and a fallen down ceiling, all night long you could hear drip drip drip. Inside the bathroom the ceiling was also falling down, we hardly slept all night, so a brilliant day ahead for us!!!!!

Dreadful - 3 different rooms in 9 hours to find somewhere quiet to sleep. Little to no help from staff. Towels left in corridor at night, broken window, bar noise through to bedroom (stay away from room 114) - no plans to return

Think we got the themed room! The broom cupboards! Pretty sure I saw the ghost of Gordon the gopher too, bed was very small and sloped to the left which made it handy getting out of it but had to cling on to the wife to keep myself from sliding out while sleeping! Sorry but the hotel needs a bit more tlc and more space to move in rooms

We had a fantastic stay! The room was beautiful with everything you need. Food in the restaurant was outstanding! Breakfast the following morning was perfect. All staff were extremely kind and helpful! The manager of the restaurant (tall guy) was amazing, nothing was too much to ask and he made sure all guests were happy. Great Saturday will definitely be returning!

Very poor hotel, outside the room door a part of the ceiling had collapsed and a bucket was catching the dripping water. The hallway smelled of amonia/ paintstripper and tye shower thermostat didn't work so stayed boiling hot. Also the matras was completely banana shaped causing to keep rolling into the middle of the bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is well overdue for refurbishment. 2 stars as location is less than 10 min from T2 longterm parking. The evening meal was surprisingly very good.

Hotel is located near a beautiful little village. A bit run down but not overly, food in the restaurant was nice, a bit expensive but we were hungry from travelling so worth it. We were over charged at the bar, I mentioned this to the bar maid who insisted we wasn't, I couldn't let it go so requested a drinks menu with prices which confirmed we were actually over charged. The manager refunded the money back onto my card. The room was ok, we had a double room. Small make up area and wardrobe, small TV and reasonably comfy double bed. The bathroom was nice, we had a small hair dryer and a kettle in the room. Unfortunately we both had a terrible sleep as the room was way to hot, the sheets were hard and you can hear absolutely everything down to people coughing in the next room and flushing the chain. Genuinely one if the worst nights sleep we have ever had. We would return as it's close to the airport and the staff were very friendly but it's not the best.
