This has to be the worst shop in England. Their prices are extortionate, they never have the size you want in store and when you order something, it always takes at least two months to arrive. This is not something that has occurred since Covid, either. It has always been the case. At the moment, I am waiting for two cardigans which I ordered at the very start of September; I once waited two entire terms for a hat by which time the kids had moved into their other uniform (naturally, they’d already taken my money for it). They know they have a monopoly and they take full advantage of it.
Have a monopoly in the business of branded school uniform. Bad website, bad delivery, bad return service and don't pick up any phone calls to customer services.
