Taking our kids back to swimming lessons after 9 months. We’re told because the eldest is 8, parents are not allowed to sit down? What a ludicrous rule? If your child is under 8, you can use the benches but if they’re 8 or over you cannot sit down? Can somebody explain this?

Horrible company with horrific customer service. Be careful when joining as even after completing your contract period they don’t allow you to leave!
Very friendly gym, great staff, nice punters, not too busy even at peak times, good balance of free weights and Hammer Strength equipment at one end, and mainstream machines at the other. The pools are well maintained. A few years ago this place felt grubby, but very much improved since the re-fit a couple of years ago.
Decent place with plenty of facilities. Well organised with friendly staff.
Really clean gym, I always always see the staff cleaning the machines like literally constantly! Good free weights area and good length swimming pool. Helpful staff as well.
I came back to the gym today. They did not do the cleaning between two classes, while they advised they will do extra cleaning after each class. That means the mats used by the first class are used in the second class without any cleaning. In addition, they mentioned they limit the number of each class, but they did not. The class I attend is very crowded! Where is the safety and hygiene???
