Mostly happy with the orders. Not happy that it was just left outside the house on a dark lane with not many houses about. Also, not ideal having the tape directly on the down pipes as leaves a sticky residue that's hard to get off.

Shocking customer service, can never get an answer when you call them, you leave a message and no one calls back. I have been trying to get hold of them because some items where not delivered. The only good review they have is from there own director. I WOULDN'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
Good service & consistent accuracy of fabrications
Nice product but useless delivery and customer service! Parts sent out late and with many parts missing and some damaged. Missing parts were finally sent almost 2 weeks later. Lots of time wasted on site waiting for parts they the said they had sent and didnt turn up. Would not use this company again.
