I have registered a complaint on march 17. Had a call with the customer care too informing our issue regarding our TV. The customer care executive replied as the technicians will contact you soon... But there was no kind of response from the technicians side... We had a call again the customer care department for help.... But same response as previous..... Deeply frustrated with the customer care service of i bell.

Bad product quality and service! I fell for the 2 year warranty option of the 1.8L electric kettle which I bought a couple of months back, just to face an issue of the product not working, within 2 months of purchase. Worst part is when I called the customer care team, that I knew that there is no replacement of product and what can be done is only a parts replacement. Whats worse is that, they don't have any servicing options here in Bangalore and they have asked me to get the same rectified from a local technician and share across the bill for replacement. Two things learnt: 1. Don't go by reviews on amazon and pick a product always & 2. Always pick up an established brand which has servicing options in your city.

Best place to buy home appliances and electronics items at factory price. You can buy house hold appliances at cheap price from here. Factory outlet of iBell. Have heard lot of bad reviews about their after sales support. Havent faced any issues with the product so far. And the purchase was totally random, and the support of the staffs that day was helpfull.
