Alvin Hollis was great to deal with. The technicians were courteous and respectful in my house. They did a nice job on the AC installation and heating system repairs. They've been responsive on follow up and have followed through with what they said they would.

I'm locked into a contract until November so I considered not posting this but thought people with pets should know. Your pet barking from inside and having their toys outside doesn't make it obvious that you actually have them apparently. We had our oil refilled today and the gate was left open. The dog got out and was almost killed. I called and the guy was very dismissive and didn't seem to care. Just stated they didn't have a note in my file about the dog. Never apologized for leaving the gate open and was very quick to hangup. We will not be renewing when the contract is up, the oil prices aren't even the cheapest with our contract and discount for said contract.

Truly amazing. I've used them for my oil needs for six years, and they have helped me fix my plumbing problems too. Just recently we had AC installed. Jeff was great. He took the time to educate me on the options, and we were able to negotiate a quick start date to get it in before the heat of the summer. Then Gerry came and installed it, and was astounded by their knowledge, technical ability, and speed. I will use them of all my projects.
