Chose delivery, took 50 minutes longer than it said it would. Got here with missing items, and the items we received were cold and burned.

Was told it would be 30 minutes for a pizza and wasn't even given the option to order at the drive thru speaker. Comically terrible customer service here and it's always been that way.

Ordered pizza online. Was not ready when I arrived. Waited 45 minutes for pizza. When they brought it to my car they said oh this isn't yours and took it inside the restaurant. Waste of time and money.
