Dr Jennings is an amazing doctor who is willing to take the time to listen. He also takes into consideration how you feel and includes it in your care. I would recommend this office to anyone who has access. I can't imagine going anywhere else anymore.

I have been here a few times for myself or my children and it is the best experience I've had with any medical office. I am always seen very quickly. The staff is very professional and thorough. They always take the time to make you feel like you are taken care of. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Customer service is horrible. You call in and get a central switchboard who doesn't know the patient and just tells you someone will call you back. You don't get a call back. You have to call again. When I finally get someone in the Alvin office (Stephanie), she just wants to argue. No. Customer service is suppossed to listen and provide answers. If the customer doesn't like the answers, apologize snd provide an alternative. Do not tell me \It doesn't matter\.

I guess I've had the privilege of dealing with the Staff and Physicians/Nurse Practitioners since before they were Hermann Mem. group. Everyone I've dealt with here is very friendly and professional.
