Dr. Jennings is the best physician that I have had in a few years. I went in with diabetic concerns and Dr. Jennings changed my medication and got my numbers down in a few weeks. I feel better - and he has also addressed other concerns and handled them with ease. The staff is awesome and I have had no issues with getting call backs (and believe me I call often) or with my medication as the assistants are prompt to follow up. Thank you Dr. Jennings and staff on getting me back on track and on the pathway to good health!

I had an appointment with Dr. Ryan Jennings at Memorial Hermann in Alvin. I arrived 15 minutes late to the clinic and even though I urgently needed to be seen and the grace period for Memorial Hermann is 15 minutes, he cancelled my appointment without any explanations. When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting room so he was not even busy. This doctor is very unprofessional. Since I have been to Memorial Hermann, I have never met a doctor as rude as him. I guess he does not care if Memorial Hermann loses money when he cancels patients' appointments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM!

Dr. Jennings is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. My wife and I are very pleased with his care. Wait time is very short. Amanda gets back quickly with results and prescription refills.

Hard to get in touch with. Nurses fail to pass messages along. Or that's the excuses he gives. They need a total revamp of the office personnel. What about an after hour answering service? Not every case is an emergency so telling your patients to go the ER instead of having an answering service shows total lack of concern.
