My parents shopped here after losing their appliance in an accidental kitchen fire. They made them feel right at home. Never pressured them into buying something they didn't want, or push them to spend more money. They took the time to really find out what my parents wanted, and got them the best deal around. It took my parents some time to decide exactly what they wanted, but the guys remained very patient with them, and insured that they were not a bother to them at all. It's not often you find this in retail anymore. Because you treated my family this way, you now have gained lifetime customers. Thank you for taking care of them, and not taking advantage of them.

Impressed that their prices are able to match all of the big stores on the refrigerators we were looking at. Nice to be able to have a Hometown Store to go to. Sad to see the big Sears not be available anymore. When we initially came in we had the service person contact us but when we were ready to ask questions we couldn't find him. The only frustration we had as everything else went well.
I met the owner when we went in to shop this week. Very nice man, and was willing to help me find the appliances i was looking for! They have a great staff here with great customer service, and a good selection of products. Thanks again for all the help! We will continue to shop local.
I went in looking for an item i knew was no longer available. The gentleman went out of his way to locate what i was looking for in another store. He then picked up the product for me, and had it to the store in a couple of days. If i was able to give more than 5 stars, i would in a heartbeat.
These guys are great! They own 3 stores, and one didn't have what i needed in stock, so they went above and beyond to get with the other 2 stores and get me what i needed the next day! Thanks for all the help! A new loyal customer here for sure!
Nice friendly faces. Its a whole new world from a few years ago. They are knowledgeable and help go the extra mile to help customers
I recently purchased a microwave, stove, and refrigerator combo from this Sears. I paid for delivery and installation. The sales person told me that the deliver team would be able to install the microwave with vent into my cabinets. When the items arrived, they were just dropped off. The microwave was left in the living room (not even in the kitchen). The stove was installed without the footings to level it and the bag with hardware was left on the other side of the house for me to find later. When I called and spoke to the owner, he told me it sounds like you were ready for installation and blamed me, and then hung up on me. Definitely not something I would expect from an owner of the store or someone that claims to be a professional. When I wrote this review on the Sears website, it was deleted 2 minutes later. I will never buy anything from Sears and will go back to Home Depot where they will use screw driver to install items (which apparently they won't use at Sears).
Not impressed one bit. If I could give 0 stars on the Kennmore fridge that was purchased, I would. Fridge was brought home and installed recently. I wiped down all my stainless steel appliances with a damp sponge (just water). Next morning I wake up to small rust spots over the entire fridge( this was the only appliance purchased from there btw) No other products were used to clean this fridge besides water. Highly unimpressed with customer service and the products they sell. Never, ever will I trust another Sears product again! Thanks for reassuring me that Sears is a dying company.
