I’ve had a great experience with this Clinic. I am not good with technology and was nervous about doing video sessions. The assistant at the front desk was extremely patient with me and walked me through the whole process. My therapist has been very accommodating and the portal is easy to use. My favorite part is that I can schedule my appointments way in advance and move them around/ cancel if I need to. The email and text reminders keep me in check with my busy schedule. The video is also clear as day. Definitely recommend!!!!

Therapists was very unprofessional. She was extremely rude because I didn't login to the portal on time, even though I had no idea I was suppose to do that because nobody ever explained anything to me. Then during our session, she walked off for about 5 minutes to go kill a bug in her front reception area. Also, I was charged for two separate missed appointment fees for appointments that I never even made. Will not be going back or recommending this office to anyone.
