I ordered through the curbside pickup and my order was wrong. I had wanted onions on my order and they didn't add anything. Also they didn't add any lettuce to my order which is the main thing that's supposed to be on it. I ordered a gravy and I got charged but I didn't even get it. I'm disappointed this place, will never go there again.

Whataburger is always pretty bad, but this location is good for a Whataburger.
Slowest service around. Wait 45 minutes in drive through... this is a typical wait. 20 minutes in the drive through is blazing fast for this whataburger. Fries rarely salted like they should be and the food is often cold.
As with most Whataburger's the food and staff are great it's just the wait that is the issue. All in all I eat here often even despite the wait. So that should speak for itself.
Of Course Whataburger has the best fries and the best burgers. The wait staff was on point with the preparation of the food. They yet again failed to ruin my order. Food was awesome! Thanks guys!
Food was fresh and hot. I purchased a Patty Melt and they charred the onions really dark. It was delicious! The employee was working very hard (and wore a mask) ensuring that we got our order and i was very happy.
This has to be the worst Whataburger I have ever gone to. It never fails that I end up having an issue every time I visit. The fries are always bad and never cooked right. One time I ordered a burger and it came with no patty with the burger. Employees consistently stand around talking to each other not working. The wait times are slow and take forever to get your food and I can guarantee it wont be correct or good when you get it. I will never be spending my money at this location again due to how terrible this place is ran.
I believe Sunday night, the night before people started to lose electricity and running water due to cold temperatures, I ordered a meal on their app for me and my boyfriend. There was a really long line, it went through the parking lot onto the street. I decided to call the workers in the Whataburger to see if it would be possible for someone to walk out our order, since our order was already placed, and we didn’t want to wait in the long like for food that we already paid for and ordered. I spoke to a manager and she said yes! So very kind of them to let that happen. We told the manager that we would make sure to tip them due to the freezing weather and their generosity. Nathaniel came out, and we tipped him. It’s amazing how the staff at that time went above and beyond to make sure they got out our order to us. So so sweet of them. Thank you to Nathaniel and the Manager !
