Very helpful, been buying our waterbed mattresses from Alvins for 30 years....only place to go.
If you want a new waterbed in Perth, this is your local option. Run by a nice guy called "Jari", nothing is too much trouble. He is a really really decent guy. The business is in an old building and has zero decor but better that than paying for an expensive showroom. Free parking out the front. Highly recommended!!! .
Loved our new waterbed! Jari was fantastic help at choosing the right one, my husband and I have different taste in beds supports and we have managed to find a waterbed that makes us both happy. Jari also delivered and installed the entire bed for us, we had nothing to do but waiting with expectation of a good night sleep. I also liked how he answered all our questions (even the silly ones such has we have two dogs). We came back 3 times in 4 months before making a decision, and every time we got the same quality of services and friendly help .

Service and upselling Fantastic! After extras bought (X3) and doesn't fix....NO Responsibility, Refunds or Help given, l threw that mattress in the bin and bought a proper one!!
